Air Out Your Bedding

If you own feather pillows or comforters, airing them out is an important spring cleaning task. Over time they absorb a lot of moisture, and need some time in the sun to dry back out. Take them outside on a low-pollen day, and give them a few hours to soak in the rays. Since sunlight also kills bacteria, this is a great way to take care of any germs, too.

  1. Where did you get your feather bedding? Also, do you get linens (sheets, towels) from thrift stores and if so how much luck do you have finding them and how is the quality? If not, do you have a go to place?
