Ingredients:

6 cups whole berry cranberry sauce – homemade or canned
(1) batch of biscuit dough Here’s my biscuit mix recipe

What You Do:

Cranberry Sauce

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While you’re waiting for it to come to temp, scoop the cranberry sauce into a two-quart baking pan. I used an 8″ x 8″ casserole dish.

Then, drop the biscuit dough onto the cranberry sauce by the spoonful, until all or most of the cranberry sauce is covered. If you want to save time by using a can of store-bought, refrigerated biscuits, just layer the biscuit rounds on instead.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the biscuit topping is golden brown. Allow your cobbler to cool slightly. Then, serve warm. It goes great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
