- 6 cups whole berry cranberry sauce – homemade or canned
- (1) batch of biscuit dough
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Scoop cranberry sauce into a two-quart baking pan.
Drop biscuit dough onto cranberry sauce by the spoonful, until all or most of cranberry sauce is covered. If you want to save time by using a can of store-bought, refrigerated biscuits, just layer the biscuit rounds on instead.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown. Allow cobbler to cool slightly. Then, serve warm.
