Good morning all, Janet, the difference in animals is amazing...Teddi can eat boiled potatoes.... my dog barfs them up ...I have to give him rice. I hope Teddi and Shania get to feeling better really soon. Kitty I never thought of potatoes for Teddi until one of the ladies on the forum mentioned it...

I am sorry if I confused you regarding eating enough. Nutritionists currently recommend around 40 grams of protein a day for "sedentary seniors. When you described your food intake, it didn't calculate out to enough protein to maintain good health. Too little protein is a problem for older people. ...
