Since my last check in Sat, the 6th, I've had 6 no spends, and now up to 9. This week has been too cold to venture out and I haven't needed anything which might have tempted me to go out.

For me, turning off the news is definitely part of mental self care. I'll listen once a day now, usually just for an update on the number of cases of virus in the province and for the update on the vaccine or lack thereof.

Brrrrr, much too cold to go anywhere to spend any money and no online spending today either, so I have an even split of 3 spend and 3 no spend days.

Five days into February and three of those were spends. Two of those were direct withdrawals and one for required meds.
