Can't she collect the rents in cash and put it into a money order to give to the landlady? SNAP is counting it because the money is being put into an account with her own name on it. They don't care where the money came from, or what it's for.....if it's in her account, it's "her" income. If she do...

My friend and I were talking about this the other day. She and her DH are both retired with SS and pensions, and she doesn't think that they SHOULD be getting a check.
