IMO that's a lot of work for just potatoes.

I'd either serve them boiled or mashed.

OR, buy 15 baked potatoes from Wendy's....but call ahead! lol

The cashiers can put a subtotal on your receipts. (I don't know if this works on self-check-outs, though) So if you're buying food AND other non-food items, put the food on the belt/lane first, and ask the cashier to hit the subtotal key when they're done scanning the food. For those who want to make a price book, one clever idea I heard of years ago is to use a cheap address book. There are already tabs for A-Z, so organizing it is easy.
