I've been using cloth bags most of the time for over 12 years. I like the coated rectangular bags, like from Kroger. Also Cracker Barrel and TJ Max have really nice looking ones for a couple of bucks. I don't like the floppy non-woven cube shaped bags. It's so much easier for me to get my groceries ...

I often thought what a great poster-mom I would have made for curbing teen-pregnancy. A day spent at my house back in the day when my kids were babies, would have rewarded an ill-thinking young girl bent on early pregnancy, to a busy day spent changing cloth diapers and rubber pants, preparing bott...

Two of my siblings were 10 and 12 years younger than me, and our mother was not much involved in day-to-day care, so it fell to me. (My mother also often left me to care for children that SHE was paid to be babysitting.) So I was NOT one of the statistics of teenage pregnancy! LOL Best birth control...

My SS Disability increases $3 to $1115. My Medicare is $120, but Illinois Medicaid pays that, and they will pay the increase. I pay Illinois Medicaid a $97 spend-down each month, because I am $97 over poverty level. So I'm pretty sure that will increase by $3, so I'll pay $100. I get $110 in food st...
