Thanks, that's helpful info. Like I said, their site has been really buggy today. Maybe they're getting hit with more holiday traffic than they can handle? Who knows. My fingers are crossed that they get it resolved quickly. It was working beautifully yesterday.

I would ask the hotel. There are usually rules that allow you to pick fruit that overhangs/falls on public property, but I think it's usually best to ask. Fingers crossed they say yes :)
