Re: Daily check in June 4, 2020

We did camping as kids and wild horses could not compel me to camp now. I sleep poorly in a warm, dry, comfortable bed as it is. :-D Finally, after a week of wishing for magic powers to get it done, the fabric bought at last weekend's yard sale on the next street over has been turned into a nice pai...

Re: Daily check in June 4, 2020

DGFlorida, thanks for the info on pollock. Janet, I am glad Teddi is feeling better. My Lily is too today, although I am going to continue the allergen free homemade diet for the rest of the week to heal her system. She has so many food allergies that we have to do this sometimes. This morning I nee...

Re: Daily check in June 3, 2020

Thanks, Janet. She ate another homemade meal fine, but something is amiss with her digestion, as I deduced by following her around the yard afterward. I put one of mine in the dryer and it needed a bit of pressing. I was lazy and just used the curling iron. It worked fine. :-D

We use dye free unscented detergent because of DH's allergies and it worked fine on them.

Re: Daily check in June 3, 2020

DGFlorida, is the pollock a local fish there? Fish here has been too high to do more than look at. I went out to buy canned fish for Lily Dog and wound up getting Polish-caught sardines to supplement some canned salmon in the cupboard. Lily did eat her homemade hypo-allergenic meal, so I bought the ...

Re: Daily check in June 3, 2020

ColonialGirl, I am glad to hear that your hair is safely back to normal. Janet, I hope poor little Teddi does feel better soon. It is quite hot here. I have done some laundry and been puttering. Lily Dog is still under the weather, although she did eat a few tiny nibbles of watermelon. She loves mel...
