My pressure cooker is automatic. Just close it up. So it does not have adjustable pressure settings. It has never been an issue. My Mom had a jiggler.

I try to remember to grab peanut butter or caned chicken from Costco to donate to our Church's food pantry. I tend to donate to Catholic Social services for disaster relief.
