Episcopalians do that too. The Anglican faith is very close to the Catholic faith. This was the second faith the Church of my Archdiocese signed a covenant with. The first was the Ukrainian Orthodox, the last one we signed with is the Evangelical Lutheran, which also follows much the same processes...
