1-1/2 cups diced cooked ham
3 cups cooked rice
1 cup cooked green peas
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
dash cayenne
1 cup shredded cheese, divided
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
preheat oven to 350 deg. F
Combine ham, rice, peas, salt, pepper cayenne and 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon into a greased, shallow 2-quart casserole. Add remaining cheese to the whipped cream. Spread over top of the rice mixture. Bake for 30 minutes
