Sometimes I have so many eggs that I start looking for ways to use them up. So when I found this article today, I was super excited... I just happen to have 4-1/2 dozen eggs hanging out in my fridge courtesy of miscalculating quantities 2 weeks ago (we have managed to use up 18 eggs since then). My major problem is that Dh CANNOT eat eggs, so more for me & children, yes?
Anyhow, I digress. I just wanted to share these yummy ideas with you all.

Super fab, Gayle! Pickled eggs (by far) are my favourite! Loved them as a kid... still love them as an adult!

Egg drop soup is one of my favorites. It is one of my favorite soups and so easy!
I was surprised not to see a recipe for Brioche.
