May Day, Cinco De Mayo?

Does anyone celebrate either or both of these holidays with a celebration of some sort? I may start. looking for ideas. cj

I usually don't entertain until Memorial Day/weekend. Then I try to have the outdoor deck all set up and windows washed and potted plants out and ready.

Our "garden" party last June (garden plot members potluck) had a Mexican theme which was fun. Makes use of a lot of vegetables.

Yes, we celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Typically my son and I attend a party put on by our playgroup. There's lots of great food: tostadas, fruit kabobs (with colors of the Mexican flag), etc.
