It really is NOT HARD. Use a sharp knife and cutting board when you slice the loaves into the individual pieces. I don't dip them in chocolate or anything, just leave them plain.

The ingredients list look similar but I am surprised the instructions did not have you bake the cut biscotti on one side 10 minutes then flip them all over and do the other side 10 minutes. Instead it looked like 20 minutes on one side.
