I am walking the full 10k steps a day now (if this watch is correct, which I doubt it is even more) so I have upped that.
Not much in the other categories though.

Re: Upping the Exercise Challenge
I realize now just how important any type of regular exercise is even if it's justt walking. Working tthree hours a day really helps. I may have tto do some yard duty gigs at year round schools tthis summer to keep it up. I think this saved me from serious injury yesterday.

Re: Upping the Exercise Challenge
So the last few days (except for yesterday) I have walked between 12k and 15k for those days. Now that I have tightened the watch band it seems to be reading correctly. So far today I have reached almost 11.5k which is just above what I want to walk.

Re: Upping the Exercise Challenge
Yesterday evening I did a 10 minute step video, followed by a 20 minute video. This morning I left for work VERY early but I didn't go directly to work - I walked for 90 minutes before I ended up at my office building.

Thanks, Jackie and thank you for the inspiration. I'm just trying to make better choices.
