Re: February Less Spend Challenge
Although I have been spending money it is allowable since food finds are acceptable reasons to buy something that may not be in budget. I have one more day tomorrow to spend at Dollar General then I am done until March. They have a coupon buy 25.00 and get 5.00 off. So Saturday and will do another minor household stock up and then be done with things for a while. Janet Alliesmama

We finally got around to packaging up the sandwich meat we bought awhile back (thank heavens for a rather large freezer). For a cost of $49.00 up front, we managed to slice and package sandwich meat that would have cost us close to $120.00 if we bought it at the store deli. Cha ching, money in our pockets rather than the store.
I also got a package of free ice pops today. They will be going in the freezer and will make a nice treat on hot days this summer.
