I seem to forget to post things but I have been doing well in this area too.. I need to save money for roof repairs so this coming month will be all about using things up from the fridge, freezer and pantry.. Janet Alliesmama

Re: February Recycle/Use It Up Til It's Gone Challenge
Sunday morning I made me some foaming hand-soap from a travel-size bottle of shampoo and a few drops of peppermint essential oil.
Dh has decided that he should use up too -- lots of bits of hand soap from his travels live in his soap dish, when he gets low, he plops in another opened & partially-used bar and keeps going.
I have a plastic juice container (held 12 ounces frozen juice concentrate) that I need to take to the shower to put his shaving cream in, it cuts down on the rusty rings that require extra scrubbing to come clean.

Gayle, the juice container is a great idea!
Used up a bottle of cooking oil. Also used up the rest of the celery and half an onion.
Pulled part of the leftover rotisserie chicken from the freezer to use in dinner. Also pulled out some veggie broth to make soup of some kind
