Well used up almost all the strips, there are a few left which will be used for binding.
I used up most of the shocking pink and burgundy yarn on the prayer shawl, and have started on another project to use up some of the leftover balls and cakes of yarn that need using up (that is also a goal for this month).

Well I have used up two of the small balls of yarn now and am working on the third.
I have also almost used up the white felt I have had lying around. I am using it to make the labels for the prayer shawls.

Re: Stash Use It Up Challenge
Got the labels completed yesterday and did not use up all the felt. I have some leftover which will be folded and put away. I did use up a spool of embroidery thread doing those labels though.
Used up most of a piece of fabric cutting out the pattern for a dress. There is a fairly large piece left so I have folded it up and placed it back into the storage drawers. I may just have enough to make some shorts. Colourful shorts, but I think I could wear them in the yard or down on the treadmill.
No other stash use it ups at this point in time.

Re: Stash Use It Up Challenge
I have used up some more fabric cutting out a skirt (leftover fabric folded and put back). Hopefully today I will have time to use up two pieces of leftover fabric cutting out some shorts for the summer.
I have also used up some more felt making even more labels as well as another spool of embroidery thread for my machine. These things are getting expensive to make.
Those small balls of yarn are slowly being knitted up into small squares. I have managed to use up another 2 balls.
Pulled out a cross stitch kit that oldest DS brought me back from his first trip with students many years ago and have gotten some of it completed. Hopefully this will be cleared out in a matter of days (it is a miniature).

Re: Stash Use It Up Challenge
I used up some of my fabric stash today replacing worn out parts in a very old quilt. My grandmother made it probably around WWIi and cut pieces from old clothes as well as using some new fabric. The old clothing sections are disintegrating with time and I replace them with lightweight cotton fabric. Eventually, I may well have the whole thing made over as parts fail.

I have a quilt like that, Mackie. I have it stored for the summer in the dry closet. Maybe, next fall I will see about repairing it.
