Today will be a no spend day which will bring my total to 18 so far for the month. Tomorrow is shopping and bill paying day, must remember to pick up Hubby's scripts as well (means I need to phone them in either tonight or early tomorrow).

Action Items

1. Clean desk (it was supposed to have been done yesterday).

2. Water my plants.

3. Take the pictures out of the folding screen (forgot about this yesterday).

4. Get started sewing the masks or at least getting the inside lining fabric all trimmed up.

This will not be a no spend day, so will continue to sit at 18. Still there are a few days left to meet my challenge of at least 20 no spend days this month (hoping for more).

Action Items

1. Work on masks.

2. Pay bills online.

3. Go shopping.

4. Drop off at thrift store.

5. Get Hubby his prescriptions.

Today will be a no spend day. I am hoping not to be spending anything until I go shopping next week, but as I need to get our allowances out and the envelope to the church next week that is doubtful. Sitting at 19 so far for the month.

Action items

1. Finish the elastic in the masks for oldest DS.

2. Drop off at second hand store.

3. Set up machine for next batch of masks. These are for Hubby.

4. Knit on last pair of socks for the month.

5. Weed garden.

6. Start the tidy of the room DS sleeps in when he visits.

No spend day today. This gives me 20 for the month so far.

Action Items

1. Sew Hubby some masks suitable for a filter insert (just like I did for the DS's).

2. Knit on final pair of socks for the month.

3. Repot a flower that is getting too large for the pot it is in.

4. Water plants later today.

Today will be another no spend day which brings me to 21 days of absolutely no spending what so ever. I should be able to get at least one more day in (end of the month allowances need to be gotten on the 30th as well as the tithe to the church). Just a couple of days short from what I had hoped for.

Action Items

1. Ignore those who use words in the wrong context or to hit back at those who disagree with them. It isn't worth the hassle.

2. Sew my masks or at least get a good start on them.

3. Finish Hubby's masks.

4. Make some lotion bars.

5. Continue knitting on socks. The month is almost over and I only gave myself a month to knit as many as possible.

I only have one spend day a week ! We are saved a great deal of money during lockdown. Lots of our direct debits put themselves on hold or offered money back which was jolly nice ! DH a bit cross that The National Trust Did NOT but I didn't mind , they have opned up some gardens to visit but we have yet to venture out.

We USE IT UP like mad things and our food waste is very good, especially as we have a compost bin and use egg shells as snail deterrents.

I feel like the Queen in that we haven't touched cash since mid march . We used what we had as tips for binmen, postmen and a delivery driver .

DH has been dehydrating frsh herbs as well.

I want to come out of this better off and better prepared.
