So good to hear from you, Janet. My goodness, you are dealing with more than one person should have to and I'm sure the stress is not healthy.

I know your brother has been helpful to you over the years, but can you give him a date by which everything has to be out of your house?

I'm sorry you and Teddi aren't feeling well, I hope you will both have improvement in your symptoms soon.

Always thinking of you!

It's so good to hear your update, Janet. I'm sorry about the extra work and expense you're having to deal with. But when you're done, won't it be nice to have a lot of stuff cleared out of the basement...

I hope Teddi perks up. Hopefully the change in diet will help. Audrey gained a pound at the last vet visit, so we've changed her treats to a frozen green bean. She loves it as much as she did the dental chews, thank goodness.

Sheila thanks for the kind words.

My brother is still in Mexico. He and his wife both came down with covid earlier this year in Mexico. They were both vaccinated and boosted. Then he had to have surgery and it took a while to recover. He had surgery in the US a couple of months before he left and still had problems. So, his Dr in Mexico referred him to a specialist. He said they have excellent Drs. in Mexico and he felt like the second surgery was an answer to a prayer. Last year their neighbor died and they bought the condo next door to them. He wanted to combine the two condos for bigger living quarters since their current condo is only a two bedroom. He said all of the contractors only speak Spanish and he hired an interpreter but he needs to be present to make sure what he is telling the interpreter is actually being understood correctly. He had a lot of input in building the house that I am living in so he does know a lot about construction. My niece and her husband said once they get the last of their things out they will come back and move things around so they will not be in the way of the construction. My nephew who lives in Tennessee still has things down there as well as one of his other sisters.. Bummer. She lost her SO this past winter and is living with one of her DD's and no place to move it to.

Thanks Kitty. I look to my cousin who has the same disease, and she was doing a lot well into her 80's. I am still a youngster in her book. lol
