Update:

Migraine went away on it's own without meds, that's a first. Maybe it was the peppermint oil in hot chocolate.

Light snow is falling, heavy snow is to fall tonight through tomorrow, we're to get 2-4 inches. I’ll pray for more. 😉

Jackiehas been mentioning Midsomer Murders so I watched the first one, and liked it. 19 seasons though, well that’s A Lot of afternoons of watching.

Tonight is ds10’s last Cub Scout Blue & Gold dinner, am debating on going. I guess I can go, and sit in a corner, so he can take part.

Have pork stew meat on slow cooker, will make a sauce with it rather than soup.

Time to get littles from school, must rememver to put my boots on.

Update

Bread is baked, my skirt is sewn. I will not start the tunic top until tomorrow.

Overnight temperatures will be dropping again. It is supposed to feel like -40 C once again. I will probably wait until a bit later in the day to run my errands.

I found a new recipe to use up the leftover pork I removed from the freezer. Hope it tastes as good as it sounds.

Off to watch some more of Hamish Macbeth. After this show I only have one season left.

Update:

Went to Walmart and picked up my two prescriptions and it was a busy place. Everyone was buying Valentine candy and cards. I needed some Jewelry Cleaner and paper for my printer, picked that up while I was there. A ream will do me a year and if I'd stop printing off everything, probably even longer than that.

Got a very nice surprise in the mail today, Mr. B sent me a beautiful card & pendant for Valentine's. It has a lot of sparkle to it and since I can't tell real diamonds from fake don't know if it's real or not, but it sure is pretty regardless. He is one of the most thoughtful men I've ever met. He doesn't forget any occasion.

I've gotten a little bit of decluttering done, taking a luggage set, old stand mixer I found in my serving dishes closets that actually works that I had forgotten I had, a blender, a vaporizer, and several sets of placemats and napkins that no longer match my colors to Goodwill tomorrow. Next, I am going through the clothes closets.

gaylejackson2 wrote: Wed Feb 13, 2019 11:20 am Hello friends,
I went to doctor yesterday. Took DS 14 with me. She told us we had bronchitis. She asked me about four times if I’ve had pneumonia before, kind of made me think I might be on the verge. She gave us a prescription for azithromycin, what hubby calls a Z pack. The trip made me extreme Exhausted, and after getting DD Six to school, I slept until time to pick up kids from school.

Today I am feeling tired And cold. I started building a fire in my woodstove, and a migraine with aura’s showed up. 10 minutes later now I cannot see out of my right eye, and the pain is just beginning to come. Sometimes I don’t get pain, so I wait 10 or 15 minutes after the auras show up to see if pain will come. If pain comes I find my meds. I am looking for them now.

I had hoped to wash walls, and today. It looks like I might be resting instead, in a dark room probably. One of my home remedies for a migraine, as a hot Epson salt bath, I don’t know what it is about it, but it works.

I have pork stew meat, to be browned, I might just put all of that crockpot and skip the browning.

At least I got a fire built in woodstove.
Hope you and your DS are both better soon.. ((hug)).
