I use silicon mats on my old cookie sheets but I prefer
to use my Pampered Chef stones for cookies and such.

I use parchment paper for anything that I would bake on a cookie sheet. I use the pull-up sheets and keep 2 boxes in my pantry at all times. When I open a new box I buy another.

Same here! I don’t do too much baking but when I do make cookies I use my Baker’s Secret cookie sheets that I’ve had a long time.

Another old school person here. I just put the dough right on the cookie sheet.
