The scammers must be having a busy day. I got two e-mails today one from Saudi Arabia This is the e-mail.
I am Salim Omar from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia working with the corruption probe panel you will understand what is going on presently in our Kingdom . So far we have arrested over 200 people (the Prince, Ministers and Government officials) from which we have also recovered over a $200 billion dollars from some of the corrupt officials in total. I have $100m deposited in a bank in Europe and I want you to help me claim the funds. I shall give you more info if you get back to me
Thanks
Salim
We know what's going to happen here, that check is going to bounce higher than a kite and my bank account will be charged with a fee because it bounced.
The second one was from Netflix (bogus of course) This is the content of the e-mail.

L'equipe Netflix
My son gives me my Netflix service for Christmas from his account. I have never subscribed to Netflix so there would be no need for updating my payment information.
I got one last week from Fedex which is also a scam. This is the link to that site. https://www.today.com/news/fedex-issues-warning-about-text-message-email-scam-t172346
I had been doing pretty good, hadn't received one in a long time. We have to stay on our toes all the time. Never, Never, Never do you click on a link that wants you to update an account. Go immediately to your account site, that is secure and see if you have a message on there to do anything. I wonder how many dollars that unsuspecting victims lose each year to these operations and the scammer is never caught. Anybody else getting these?
