Had to toss a rotten green pepper that got pushed to the back of the crisper. Grrrr.

Had to toss a few strawberries that got pushed to the back of the fridge shelf.

Today I had to toss a banana as it was too far gone for absolutely everything. Also tossed some leftover baked spaghetti.... I really need to pay attention to what is in the fridge.

This past weekend, I had some leftover wonton wrappers from making homemade egg rolls and they dried out in the frige because I didn't wrap them properly. I broke them up, tossed with a little melted (vegan) butter and some spices and herbs and baked - they are pretty good - not the best thing I've ever had - but they're not going into the garbage.

I seem lately to be having to toss the final spoonful of soup or whatever. I need to figure out a way to use those up. Though I am doing so much better in this area.

I had to toss some bagged lettuce because it froze. I have so littl shelf space in my refrigerator it is hard to keep things from getting pushed to the back.
