Color blocks afghan

Post by dlrcpa »

I started knitting 6x6" blocks a year ago with the intention of putting them all together into an afghan. This is the result. It used up odds and ends of yard. The day-glo orange yarn was given to me, I bought the variegated yarn and the cream color yarn used to crochet the pieces together and border the outside.

It reminds me of my school colors, orange and blue. Florida Gators. Very nice!

This looks great! The colors look good together, and the squares are arranged nicely.

Great job!

Oh I like that. Its bright and cherry, and the colors could be used for male or female.
