I use the calendar on the computer - it is synched to hubs and my phones - so we can track each others activities when planning something. I use reminders app for my to do lists. I keep everything in there - on going grocery lists, to dos, gift lists, chore lists. long term planning, etc. Again - accessible through either phone or either computer. I absolutely love it. I hated the paper day planners - they were too complex for my feeble mind. Plus I sucked at keeping them up. My plans are always better than my follow through.

I use my phone calendar for all of my appointments and my work schedule. Since my work is initially set up outside the system I check my timesheet against my calendar to be sure there are no discrepancies. And since I have my phone with me all the time it's easy to keep track of my appointments.

I use a 5x8 18 month calendar from Blue Sky to record the day to day (I use my ECBs and gift cards I earn from my bank rewards to get it free) . . . prefer pencil. I also keep a number of pages in a binder that include my budget, online purchase record, a list of all my important documents and numbers, my medical appt and medication sheet as well as a few contacts.

I'm slowly moving to using my phone as my calendar (I dunno about clem but I have more commitments now than when I was working I think-by choice admittedly). I also use a very simple and abbreviated form of a bullet journal that I carry with me. Its quarterly and the first four pages are printable calendar taped in, the next ten or so are things like"november budget, books and movies I want to see, projects to do" and then I have two page days rom then on. One side for journaling and one side for notes and to do.

At work I use printed pages from websites like these:

For personal use at home I use a small paper planner that I'll buy from a store.

I occasionally use my phone but I find it faster to write than toggle through screens.

I use a binder (same binder for a number of years now) and some calendar pages as well as loose leaf (lots of that left from when I was working). I also copy some of Erin's printables as well.

Here is the link to her printables pages.

Same here delighted. Takes me a long time to get through all those silly phone screens.
