Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

Post by HappyDaze »

I conjured this one up a couple weeks ago and I am ADDICTED and making way too many of these! The milk and yogurt I used is plant based (almond) but you can certainly use dairy milk and yogurt.

Combine in a blender:

1 cup frozen orange juice (NOT the frozen concentrate - actually orange juice that you freeze)
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

This is so good - it's thick, it's icy cold and frosty and it's delicious. Other than there is some sugar in the almond milk yogurt substitute I use, it's kind of healthy.

I will have to try this too. I’m kind of on a citrus kick lately, and it sounds really good.
