This ham salad is the perfect way to use up leftover holiday ham, and it only takes a few minutes to make.

  • 2 cups ham (approx. 1/2 lb)
  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 1/4 c sweet relish
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard


Roughly chop the ham.

Then, place it in a food processor, and pulse until it’s finally ground.

Combine with the remaining ingredients.

Allow the ham salad to chill before serving, so the flavors have time to meld.


Good as a sandwich spread, on crackers or served on a bed of lettuce.
