Ingredients:
- 6 oz. white chocolate baking chocolate
- 2 Tbsp refined coconut oil
- 1/4 cup dried strawberries (or 1/8 cup strawberry powder)
Instructions:
Place dried strawberries in a food processor, and grind, until they’re a fine powder.
Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler.
Remove from heat, and stir in strawberry powder.
Pour in a jar, and let cool.
Your strawberry shell will be liquid at room temperature, but quickly harden, when you pour it over ice cream, or anything cold.
Notes
Store your strawberry shell in the fridge. This will cause it to harden, but 20 seconds in the microwave will quickly remelt it.
