If you’ve been meaning to try my homemade extract recipes, I now have printable labels to go with them. Start a batch of each now, and you’ll have a bunch of gifts ready to go by the time Christmas rolls around. There’s even a spot to write whom they’re from.
Labels:
- Vanilla Extract Label
- Orange Extract Label
- Lemon Extract Label
- Peppermint Extract Label
- Lavender Extract Label
These labels fit on full-sheet shipping label paper. Use Avery 8165, if you have an inkjet, or Avery 5265, if you have a laser printer. I prefer to print my labels on vinyl sheet. It’s water-proof and dishwasher-safe, so you can slap labels on your bottles once, and refill them over and over. Just be sure to buy vinyl that works with your printer. It’s available for both laser printers and ink jet printers.
Many web browsers have their own built-in PDF viewers, but they tend to be buggy. If you’re having trouble printing or editing one of our printables, click here for help.
Here are recipes for all of the different extracts that you see here. They’re all really easy to make.

This may seem weird but just read another one of your posts and wanted to say thank you about the online surveys. You are a good writer.
I just want to thank you so much for your generosity. It is most kind of you to allow us to make copies. I can’t wait until spring and I can plant some peppermint. I am new to your website and excited about exploring. Thank you so much.
Hi Nancy,
One option would be to spray the toe and insoles with hydrogen peroxide. It’s a good disinfectant.
