No-Cook Pizza Sauce

This quick and easy no-cook pizza sauce is thick, flavorful and easy to spread. Pair it with our homemade pizza dough recipe for everything you need to make your own pizza. Friday night is always pizza night at our house. Why not start a pizza night tradition at your house?
Ingredients:
1 can (14/15 oz.) crushed tomatoes (or half of a 28-oz. can)
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
Salt to taste (optional)
Need to avoid sugar or salt for dietary reasons? Just leave them out. This recipe is easy to adapt and customize to your needs and preferences.
What You Do:
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and stir to combine.
Use your pizza sauce right away, or store it in the refrigerator, until you’re ready to use it.
This recipe makes approximately 2-3/4 cup of pizza sauce, which is enough for 3-4 large pizzas. If you have some left over, just freeze the extras for your next pizza night.
