Maybe you’ve had a pimento cheese sandwich, but have you ever had a pimento cheese pizza? If not, you need to go preheat the oven now. I’ll wait.
Back? Okay, here’s how it’s made.
Pimento Cheese Pizza
Optional: banana peppers & bacon
What You Do:

Make a batch of pimento cheese.
Roll out your dough, and spread the pimento cheese over it. Pop it in the oven as is, or add banana peppers and bacon for extra yum. 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes will get the job done.
