- 8 oz. sharp shredded cheddar
- 2 oz. jarred pimentos, drained
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- A sprinkle of cayenne pepper
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. Then, enjoy a big, tasty salad (bonus points if it includes bacon).
Keep powdered buttermilk in your pantry, so you always have buttermilk on hand for this recipe.
