To Cut Out the Handles: First, cut out the toppers, and fold them in half; then, use an X-acto knife to cut out the handles. This will allow you to cut through both sides of the topper at once, so everything lines up perfectly.

For the best results, I recommend printing your bag toppers on card stock. This will make them more durable, and give them a bit more structure, so they stand up nicely on the bags.
