Planning a party is a major undertaking, and it’s all too easy to overlook a task (or 10) – especially when you get down to the wire.
So, I created a party planning checklist to make the process easier. It has all those important tasks that you need to tend to, broken down over several weeks, so you don’t find yourself running around like a crazy person on the day of the party (and so you have time to actually enjoy your party and your guests).
It even includes a list of things that are good to have on hand – just stuff your guests might ask for, or that you might not think of beforehand.
If you want to make the checklist reusable, just run it through a laminator after you print it. Then, use a wet-erase marker to check off tasks as you complete them. After your party, simply wipe the checklist off with a damp rag, and tuck it in your household notebook until your next party. Easy!
Many web browsers have their own built-in PDF viewers, but they tend to be buggy. If you’re having trouble printing or editing one of our printables, click here for help.
Before you go, be sure to grab a copy of my party planning worksheet, too. Between the two you should have party planning in the bag.
