Pumpkin Pie Spice Recipe
Ingredients
To Make 1 teaspoon:
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
To Make 1/2 cup:
4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons ground ginger
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon ground allspice
What You Do:

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Break up any clumps, so your spice mix has a smooth consistency. Then, transfer your finished pumpkin pie spice to an air-tight container. The half-cup recipe fits nicely in an empty spice jar or a 4-ounce jelly jar. Be sure to label your jar, so you don’t confuse it with something else.
Most pumpkin pie recipes call for between one teaspoon and one tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice. If you just need enough for the recipe you’re currently working on, simply double or triple the one teaspoon version to create the right amount.
