To Make 1 tsp:
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground allspice
To Make 1/2 cup:
- 4 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp ground nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp ground allspice
Mix spices together in a small bowl. Make sure you break up any clumps. Then, store in an air-tight container.
If you just need enough pumpkin pie spice for one pie, simply double or triple the one teaspoon version to make as much as you need.
