Whip up a batch of my ranch dressing mix (or pick up a packet at the store), so you can make these ridiculously tasty ranch pretzels. They take less than two minutes to make, and there’s zero cooking involved. Serve them at parties and get-togethers, or make them just because. With a recipe this easy, you don’t really need an excuse to make them.
Ingredients
1 (15-16 oz. bag of pretzels)
1/4 cup cooking oil
3 Tbsp ranch dressing mix. Use one store-bought packet, or try my ranch dressing mix.
What You Do:
Combine the ranch dressing mix and cooking oil together in a bowl. This recipe uses half as much oil as similar recipes. It’s just enough to get the dressing mix to stick to the pretzels.
Pour the pretzels into a gallon freezer bag, and add the ranch dressing mixture. Seal the bag, and shake until the pretzels are well coated.
Then, spread the pretzels out on a cookie sheet, and allow them to dry, so they won’t be messy to eat. This takes 30 minutes or less.
Enjoy your ranch pretzels right away, or store them in an air-tight container to enjoy over several days.
Recipe Variations
Try oyster crackers or rice cereal in place of the pretzels, or make your own ranch party mix.
