Returns/Exchanges

I want you to love everything you order from me, and put a lot of effort into making sure that happens. If for some reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund (minus the shipping and handling charge). I’ll cover the return shipping fee (at my discretion), if your order arrived damaged or did not live up to your expectations. Otherwise, you’ll be responsible for the cost of getting it back to me.

Please note that I cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, unless there was a problem with the order (it was damaged, flawed, the wrong color, etc.) This includes items that have been monogrammed or otherwise made to your specifications.
