Use one of my weekly meal planners to map out a week’s worth of meals for your family. There are three options to choose from. Just pick the one that works best for your needs, and hit print.
This meal planner does everything a good meal planner should. There’s a place to list a week’s worth of meals, a place for your shopping list and even a spot to jot down what you need to pull from the freezer.
This meal planner has plenty of space to plan what you’ll have for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. There’s even enough space to list side dishes and desserts, or to make a note about where you found the recipe (on Pinterest, in a cookbook, etc.)
This weekly meal planner has a spot to list the groceries that you’ll need for each day, and an extra spot on the side to list additional groceries that you’ll need for the week. Just fill it out, and take it with you to the store. There’s no need to make a separate grocery list.
Print out a single copy of one of these meal planners and laminate it, so you can use it again and again. If you use a wet erase marker, all of your notes will stay put until you wipe them off with a damp rag. Dry-erase markers tend to bead up on laminated surfaces, so make sure you use a wet-erase marker.
You can also create a reusable meal planner, by placing this printable inside a picture frame. Just hang it on the kitchen wall where everyone can see it. Write your menu on the glass. Then, wipe it off at the end of the week, and start again.
